ARE YOU READY TO MAKE A CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE?

Through techniques designed to guide and support you, helping you feel confident in overcoming your challenges, psychotherapy serves as a guide for you to follow your own path, even though it is ultimately up to you to walk it.

Whether you’re going through a specific crisis, dealing with a mental disorder, or seeking better self-understanding, there are times in life when we don’t know how to face a situation. In these moments, the help of a psychologist makes all the difference.

ABOUT ME

Cognitive-Behavioral Psychologist, graduated in 2004, specialized in Applied Neuropsychology for Learning Disorders and Behavioral Neuroscience, currently pursuing a master’s degree in Public Health.

Throughout my professional journey, I have had the opportunity to explore multiple fields. In addition to my clinical practice, I also worked as a Psychology professor for many years. These experiences have given me valuable insights into human dynamics.

I provide individualized, welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental support to guide you through your self-discovery journey and help you navigate challenges and unlock your potential.

Online psychotherapy works just as well as in-person therapy, as both processes are essentially verbal. Confidentiality and ethical standards in care are preserved, and the same knowledge and techniques are applied.

Online therapy allows individuals to benefit from therapeutic sessions no matter where they are, without the need for commute.

In November 2018, Resolution 011/2018 of the Federal Council of Psychology came into effect, regulating, registering, and authorizing professionals for online counseling.

For an optimal experience with online sessions, it is important to have a private space and a stable internet connection.

PsYcHotHerapEutic PROCESS

The psychotherapeutic process helps in developing new ways to cope with conflicting situations and emotions, while promoting self-awareness and greater well-being.

In a safe and non-judgmental environment, you speak, share your experiences, listen to yourself, and receive guidance to better organize thoughts.

In times of difficulty or suffering, adults generally seek psychotherapy with a self-formulated concern.

Children and adolescents, on the other hand, face identity conflicts and discoveries, making the therapeutic process even more crucial during this stage of development.
